
ARAY
ARAY is a UK based agency connecting brands with UGC creators. The platform gives creators a place to upload videos and build an online portfolio, gives ARAY a single system for managing the roster, and connects creators with brands.
I owned product from strategy through to delivery, building the platform solo from December 2025 and launching to creators in March 2026 via ARAY’s Instagram audience of 6,000+. The product work covered strategy, design, branding, and copy. The engineering covered the full stack: frontend, backend, video processing, email infrastructure, and deployment, with extensive automated test coverage, a high cadence of iterative releases, and full UK GDPR compliance designed in from day one with explicit consent flows for special category personal data.
