Hey, I'm Masa! 👋 Product Manager and Full-Stack Generalist

I've led early-stage products to enterprise adoption including 3D visualisation for the nuclear industry. Obsessed with driving cutting-edge products from validation to real-world results.

Here’s a TL;DR on my career:

I’m a high-impact product leader with a strong background in design, data and software development. I’ve led teams in the UK and Japan and worked in customer-facing product roles, at both early-stage startups and large enterprises.

  • I have deep experience driving early-stage products to adoption by tracking success via customer workshops and experiments using scrappy prototypes, securing enterprise traction and early funding.
  • My superpower is being able to learn anything under pressure and using that knowledge to have deep, meaningful conversations that build trust, align cross-functional teams, and drive products to success.
  • I focus on managing the work rather than just the people, staying closely involved in the details to set clear direction, relentlessly leveling up in unfamiliar areas to uphold high standards, and empowering teams through functional leadership.
  • I bring full-stack leadership with my head in the clouds and feet on the ground moving fluidly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution across product, engineering, marketing and sales.
  • I’ve delivered high-impact insight-driven outcomes by leveraging my data science skills to analyse everything from CAD models and system logs to user sign-up data, uncovering opportunities across product, QA, and marketing.
  • I care deeply about creating inclusive teams where people feel safe, supported, and empowered. I’ve co-led team growth by fostering clear communication, collaborative decision-making, and space for personal development.

If you’d like to learn more or discuss working together, feel free to drop me a message or reach out on LinkedIn. Now, onto the details.

Amutri (November 2022 – Current)

Product Manager (October 2023 – Current) Remote

Amutri instantly converts complex CAD files into interactive 3D presentations, making CAD data accessible, shareable, and presentation-ready for both technical and non-technical teams across entire organisations. Most recently we delivered Secure Sharing and Guided Tours, unlocking 6 figures in revenue and enterprise adoption in the SMR nuclear energy sector.

Here’s a short video of the product:

I’m responsible for:

  • Driving product adoption in the AEC sector, and directed cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, 3D content, and Unreal Engine, overseeing development strategy, design, and daily execution.
  • Uncovering insights that directly influence feature development by leading customer workshops, hands-on user onboarding and responding to feedback.
  • Product marketing efforts including the website, sales materials, and investor presentations.
  • Extracting user behaviour patterns within CAD files to uncover insights and guide the optimisation of CAD data workflows.
  • Product QA efforts, extracting data from logs, leading internal product development, test planning, release validation, and performance monitoring.

I also represented Amutri at the Cornwall Angel Network launch at Falmouth University, a press-covered event showcasing regional tech innovation.

Product Support Consultant (November 2022 – September 2023) Remote

Joined Amutri in its early startup phase and shaped product strategy. Onboarded early adopters and directly contributed to securing grants and pre-seed funding.

  • Directly contributed to securing grant and pre-seed funding by onboarding users and securing key letters of intent.
  • Uncovered key insights by conducting over 30 user research sessions with AEC companies. This shaped the product vision and the UI/UX design.
  • Built an automation tool that filled missing user information from email domains, cutting weekly processing time from about three hours to ten seconds.

Joined the team formally as Product Manager on the strength of this work and was later interviewed by SETsquared Bristol on Amutri’s vision and impact in 3D visualisation.
